DORNIER DONATUS WHITE

Appellation: Stellenbosch, South Africa

A blend of Chenin Blanc, Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc, this wine has an obvious element of peach and dried apricot, with subtle notes of citrus fruits adding a restrained dimension to the wine. The middle palate exudes thickness and weight which follow onto a long and structured finish which is a perfect balance between fruit, acid and alcohol.

“High-pitched nose combines lime, white grapefruit, white flowers, snap pea and spearmint, plus hints of eucalyptus and banana. Fat and silky but zingy, with pungent flavors of gooseberry, eucalyptus and minerals. This offers terrific inner-mouth perfume and shows strong granitic character. “
