PAUL CLUVER PINOT NOIR

Appellation: Elgin, South Africa

This wine shows lots of wild berry fruit on the nose complemented with hints of chocolate, violet and coffee aromas. The complex palate is brimming with sweet berry flavors that are long and lingering, with a velvety finish.

“Bright dark red. Dark aromas of blackberry, chocolate and smoky oak. A bit extractive and chunky but true to the variety, with slightly roasted black fruit, smoked meat and bitter chocolate flavors and good mid-palate texture and sweetness.”
